The HESGB Committee is delighted to invite you once again to the highly anticipated family event for Summer 2025:
Summer BBQ 2025

The HESGB Committee has arranged for our Members an enjoyable family day out, with “guaranteed” summer weather, live music and a BBQ & buffet lunch, with the drinks kindly provided by the Society.
You might remember from past gatherings at the Trailfinders that free parking and football ground will be available on site.
It doesn’t come as a surprise that once again this year’s Members’ BBQ event will be heavily subsidised by the Society and the participation fee for members and their immediate families will be £15 per person (children FREE up to the age of 18). Guests / non-members / friends and distant relations of course are also welcome, however at a – still partially subsided by the Society - cost per adult, which will be £25 per person.
Your earliest confirmation of attendance (including numbers and kids’ age) is kindly requested, certainly not later than the 18th June deadline, so as to make the necessary arrangements.
Please respond preferably by making an e-banking transfer for the appropriate amount directly to our Hellenic Engineers Society of Great Britain account (details shown below) and registering your interest via the provided link as early as possible to avoid disappointment!

Upcoming Events
Every year our society organises a number of social, cultural and intellectual events to promote the professional and social contact amongst the members and the friends of the society.
These events vary from year to year and are determined according the needs and the requests of our members.
